Our Events

It’s a brilliant idea but the real brilliance is how you translate that into something effective and successful that feeds people and makes them think afresh as they are eating about prison, reform and rehabilitation.
Peter Stanford, Director, The Longford Trust

We had the most perfect day and cannot thank you enough for the food, it was honestly amazing! I wish I had a chance to speak to you more on the day and pass on some of the comments we were receiving, …we are still getting comments from people saying how delicious everything was and we cannot stop thinking about those tuna canapes! … I wonder… where we can send a thank you to you and the men of Pentonville? Thanks once again for helping make the day so special!

The Menu – Liberty Kitchen doesn’t just do ‘classic’ street balls ie meat, fish, veg and vegan options it can also provide canapé style sweet and savoury balls like the Delicious Hoxton Mess a profiterole packed with crème de la crème coated in chocolate & sprinkled with exploding. As Michael Gearney, father of the bride explains:

“No one was expecting Michelin star catering, the expectation was 'adequate nosh'. We were to be surprised. The quality and variety of the food was excellent. It ranged from starter, main course and dessert with vegan/vegetarian and a variety of meats courses for mains. All were produced as very tasty and really pleasant to eat. The food was prepared and service was conducted by the same team which was very well trained, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. The team worked hard in settling into the premises which was first used for the wedding ceremony and then, really efficiently, converted for dining for over 200 people. The clearing away of everything was also highly efficient to restore the area for dancing and bar. A remarkable achievement and a golden memory of what can be done.”
